Swimwear Anywhere, Inc. is looking to bring on a National Sales Manager whose experience includes luxury apparel sales, preferably with swimwear or intimates.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for both maximizing revenue of designated accounts and prospecting or pioneering new accounts. Retail stores managed by this position will include franchise stores, online accounts, regional and nationwide independents and major department stores.
Other roles and duties include:
- Presenting and selling Swimwear Anywhere brands and licenses to existing account base and prospective accounts.
- Identifying key opportunities – creating, developing and executing action plans
- Creating a seasonal line plan
- Competitive analysis to track key market trends
- Working with the sales team to strategically build existing business
- Projecting and forecasting sales by customer to achieve margin goals
- Monthly recaps to identify top performing styles and opportunities
- Analyzing weekly sales reports and style performance to maximize inventory position
- Identifying best sellers to provide product recommendations to optimize opportunities to drive additional sales
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- 8- 10 years of professional apparel sales experience, including 3-5 years as a manager
- Knowledge of retail and apparel industry
- Excellent business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior follow-through skills and detail oriented
- Energetic, self-motivated and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to travel nationally
